Many patients respond to activity modification, focused exercise programs, non narcotic medications allowing them to get back to their normal active lifestyles.
Spine Many demands are placed on your spine. It holds up your head, shoulders, and upper body. It gives you support to stand up straight, and gives you flexibility to bend and twist. It also protects your spinal cord. Conditions of the spine may include sprains and strains, disc bulges and herniations. Neck and back problems can be disabling but most do not require surgical intervention.

Our office has extensive experience in the treatment of athletic contentions, through accurate diagnosis and prompt treatment we strive to keep athletes on the field or return them to sports as soon as possible.
Visco Supplementation Visco Supplementation acts as a lubricant to enable bones to move smoothly over each other and as a shock absorber for joint loads this treatment has been shown to relieve pain in many patients who cannot get relief from no medicinal measures or analgesic drugs. This can also be an option in patients hoping to joint replacement surgery.
Ultrasound Tech Ultrasound imaging is a safe, noninvasive diagnostic and therapeutic tool that utilizes sound waves to assess musculoskeletal structures without the need for radiation exposure. Ultrasound imaging can provide immediate diagnostic information at the time of the office visit to allow for a definitive diagnosis and treatment.
Bracing Orthopedic braces and orthopedic splints protect, stabilize, support and correct injuries or abnormal alignment through the process of rehabilitation and recovery. They are used in injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, osteoarthritic care, post-operative care and more.
Guided Injection Orthopedic surgeons often use injections for treatment of a variety of conditions. Commonly injected medications include cortisone shots and joint lubricants also known as visco supplementation. Ultrasound has also been used as an imaging guide for intra-articular or soft-tissue injections to help improve accuracy, thereby minimizing risk of injury to adjacent nerves or blood vessels.
Trigger Point Injections Trigger point injections are an effective treatment modality for management of trigger points and providing prompt relief of symptoms from muscle spasms most commonly in the neck and upper back area but trigger points can also be used to alleviate pain in the low back and sciatic area. Injections are given in our office under sterile technique and usually take just a few minutes.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Platelet rich plasma (PRP) is a non-toxic, natural substance that accelerates healing.
